After dinner we got to work. D had fun playing with the pumpkin guts and kept trying to put them back into the pumpkins. He liked scooping seeds, pulling out the cut-out pieces, and taking the "hats" on and off of the pumpkins. He thought it was pretty cool when they were all done and we put the candles in and turned off the lights!
D had breakfast with the pumpkins this morning. Only the littlest pumpkin got knocked on the floor and thankfully didn't break. If they're not at the table eating with D, the pumpkins are on proud display on the counter. Whenever D leaves the kitchen he doesn't forget his new pumpkin friends... "Bye bye, pumpkins" or "Night-night, pumpkins."

Pretty cute!
I'm guessing that Paul carved the scary pumpkin with the goatee. Nice work!
Those look so good! I especially love the pictures of him taking stuff out of the pumpkin.
