Sweet potato retraction

After Paul fed Snacks some banana and mango today for lunch, he demanded a redo. And I must say, Snacks was an impressively clean baby for having just polished off an entire jar of baby food. Paul demanded a carrot redo using the same spoon he used for the banana and mango. His theory was that it was all in the spoon (at least he wasn't boasting about his unmatched baby-feeding skills...). So at approximately 6:15 tonight, we opened up a jar of sweet potatoes for Snacks (not carrots, but they're both orange, right?). Paul armed himself with the Nuby spoon (which he claims is amazingly squeegee-like and responsible for an almost mess-free baby) and proceeded to sweat uncontrollably out of nervousness. Okay, I made the sweating part up. He was as cool as a cucumber. He really believes in this spoon!! Check out the pictures to see if Paul (or the spoon?) gets bragging rights back...

I'd say there was a marked improvement over the other post. However, maybe he should go for two out of three just to nail it.

Not bad! I'd say that maybe you should have Paul test out his theory over the next 20 to 30 feedings just to be conclusive.... and to give you a break! You guys make me laugh... and I love that you call him Snacks! ha ha

Ya, you definitely need more case studies to gather sufficient empirical evidence. Sounds like Paul's got a lot of work ahead of him! You should check out this spoon: http://www.booninc.com/products/Squirt/322. I've been curious to try it but you know, no kids to try it on. So you should do it for me, lol.

That's very impressive...although I might be inclined to think that he was secretly wiping snacks face behind your back.

I have to agree that the spoon makes a huge difference for me. If I don't use the "right" spoon, Peaches is mess!
