First snow

I know what you're thinking, and you're right - today was in fact not the first snow of the fall/winter! But...I am still trying to catch up on a month's worth of posts, so this blog is in reference to the snow on October 6(ish). Don't judge. Also don't judge me for the dirty track on my sliding glass door. I don't know why it's so dirty (probably because I never clean it - who cleans the door track? And how???), but I changed those pictures featuring the track to black and white to try to hide the gross. It didn't work that great. Especially since I'm telling you about it and now you are going to specifically look at the gross track. Focus on the cute kids...focus on the cute kids...

Lt is waiting for the mountains of snow to appear on the ground so he can go build a snowman (it didn't happen - and he was totally bummed). No-no is, well, waiting for Lt to tell him what they are waiting for.


Watching the big snowflakes falling down (think Star Wars/flying through space)


Here's D getting home from school doing some crazy pose. It may or may not have been sunny at this point.


This is what Lt was waiting all morning for - D to get home to watch snowflakes with him. Happiest kid ever.


And then after a few minutes of snowflake watching, they got all geared up for the snow that didn't stick on the ground at all.
