A small reunion

Two weekends ago our house was the designated spot for a family reunion, and my whole family was in town for the occasion - all five of us!! It has been about four years since we have all been together because my brother, Dan, has lived on the other side of the country for a million years. He has been going to school and now has four kids, so traveling west to visit hasn't really been an option for him. Well, he was scheduled to give a presentation at our very own BYU and so he got to come see us for a minute (it felt like just a minute) before he had to return back east to move and start a new job. He was here long enough for us to take a quick picture to document that he does, in fact, exist (we took this monumental picture at like eleven at night, that's why we all look so thrilled).


Dan wondered how D would react to him when he came. I assured him that D would have no issues with him since he looks just like Jeff - and he didn't! D warmed up to him almost immediately and was constantly asking where Uncle Dan was (even when he was literally in the same room). It was fun for D to meet his mystery uncle, and he was sad when Dan had to leave. Come visit again soon!!
