Come and knock on our door...Shambaughs!

Well, it's true...we are once again going to be neighbors with the Shambaughs (affectionately known as the Shambonis). After all of our big talk about building a house in '06, a great opportunity fell into our laps that we couldn't refuse. Shambaughs found some sweet real estate in Springville, and there happened to be another house in the neighborhood... We both made offers and they both got accepted! The house was built in 2002, has 3 bedrooms and an "office", kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and 2.5 baths. While the house is in good shape in general, we will be redoing pretty much everything so it will be like a new house (new carpet, tile, hardwood, paint)! If anybody has any suggestions for paint colors, let me know...it keeps me awake at night! The house also has a backyard with room for a garden - and I am really excited about that!! The beauty of buying this house right now is that we have time on our side and there's no pressure or deadlines to hurry up and get all of the fixes done and move in. We'll keep you updated with some sweet before and after pics of our renovation.
