Just like you

Sometimes D gets a little, um, stressed out with Snacks constantly in his personal space. Ha ha. Whatever D has, Snacks wants too. Whatever D is doing, Snacks wants to do too. Paul - an experienced little brother - tells me that this is a very common scenario with brothers. I'm sure Uncle Jeff (little brother, esquire) can confirm the normalcy also. When D does concede and kindly allows his little bro to play too, it is so sweet. Who am I kidding. There is no concession from D. Snacks is determined. And chubby. And won't take "no" for an answer. We just have to keep telling D how Snacks wants to do everything he's doing, that he wants to be just like D because D's super cool, and that it isn't going to stop any time soon.

Totally reminds me of Chris Farley: "Why can't we all just be brothers?!"

As an older brother I can sympathize with D.

Such cute boys! I wanted to be just like my big brothers too--running around without a shirt, playing The A-Team, even wearing Matt's super hero underwear...

As a younger sibling I relate to snacks...you have to be persistant or nobody plays with you! (those pics are totally cute!)

The babe is growing soooo, sooo fast. Seeing them both playing together like that makes me think that he's just around the corner to being being a toddler.

Totally reminds me of my little fella's! Pretty soon the younger one will be calling out the rules and occasionaly the older one follows them!
