Back to reality

Reality = snow. And lots of it.

Poor Snacks. He had no snow pants so somehow I thought that putting on D's baseball pants over his regular pants would be a good alternative. He also had to wear D's boots from last winter, which were about two sizes two big, which meant he couldn't walk.

So he crawled.

D had not troubles romping around in his 3T, slightly high-watered snowsuit. He is lacking snow boots though. There are rumors that some will be arriving next week under the Christmas tree...

Even though Snacks was immobile, he loved being in the snow. He was just happy and smiling the whole time.

Time to sled down the hill in the front yard yet???

Yes! All aboard!

They made it!

Now it's time for the boys to go on a sled ride. They start out like this...

then they kind of start scooting...

there they go...

getting dragged through the streets flat on their backs. Love this picture.

After all the outdoor festivities, the boys settled down with some candy canes and Hungry Hippos. (Board games and sticky candy do not mix.)

At least Snacks doesn't have to wear pink boots from older sister! (Not that we've done that in our house...I'm just saying.) What cute boys!!

Just when you think you are on top of outdoor clothing, someone grows, or rips or loses something. It's never ending.

With all of Snacks challenges at least he didn't hit a tree! I don't think Matthew will ever sled again (who am I kidding, the child is nuts)
